The CH7136P power-feed pugmill is a welcome addition to Cromartie's range of machinery.
The CH7136P is based on our popular CH7136A range but has the added benefit of a powered feed system. This eliminates the need for a feed handle and plunger making the machine extremely user friendly.
The power feed mechanism consists of two alloy feed rollers driven via a reduction drive, during loading the drive is isolated from the pugmill via a electronically interlocked loading lid, which prevents contact with the feed rollers whilst in use. The powered-feed system eliminates the need for a feed handle and plunger which promotes more continuous working and demands far less strength and effort from the user. The pugmill is fitted with a hopper safety grid and thermal overload safety switch as standard. Alloy blades and a geared reduction drive support the quality engineering featured in this well-designed machine.
